This house is located in the southern highlands of New South Wales on a spectacular
elevated site overlooking the Wollondilly River.
As there is no town main or water, this house must be totally self sufficient.
Rainwater is collected on the funnelled roof and stored in subterranean tanks
to keep it cool. Energy is supplied by a dedicated wind turbine and solar panel
array located nearby.
The whole house cantilevers out over the precipice which falls over 150m to
the river below.
