A new waterfront 4 bedroom house on Mort Bay, Balmain East with views
over Sydney Harbour. The house is designed around an internal courtyard with
two levels of accommodation. Bedrooms are upstairs with living spaces below,
linked by a full height atrium with a glass stair. The house is naturally cross
ventilated, and collects its own rain water.
